Are we accepting new clients?
We are always accepting new clients big or small. When you become a client with us we automatically enroll you in our loyalty point system and only require a rabies vaccination to keep on file. Please keep in mind our groom appointments are usually booked out 4-6 weeks in advance but we can typically get you in for a bath/dry the same week and Self Wash /Nails the same day.

I just rescued my dog and they stink! Can I bring my new pet in?
Yes! We highly recommend that you allow your new rescue to become acquainted with their new family and household for at least a week before coming in for services. Dogs love routine and building one at home can help build confidence outside of the home. Coming from a shelter straight to the grooming facility to meet more new strangers can be extremely overwhelming and stressful for your new pet and does not necessarily set us up for a great first experience and allow us to build trust. However, we do understand that some animals are in very bad hygienic condition when coming straight out of a shelter environment, if this is the case please call to discuss further so we can set your pet with the right service provider. Must be up to date on their rabies vaccination unless under 16 weeks of age.
What is your cancelation policy?
You have up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel either by calling 770-993-7877 or responding X to your appointment confirmation text. If you are more than 15 minutes late or do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
My dog is dog-aggressive and bites can you still wash/groom them?
Yes! All dogs deserve to be clean and groomed. Our facilities allow for us to keep dogs separated during services we also have muzzles on hand if needed. If a dog is at the point of exhaustion or at risk of injury while trying to bite we do not push the dog and adjust the service as needed. If the dog is beyond our capabilities we will communicate to ensure the best care for your dog.
My dog has sensitive skin do you have shampoo to help with that?
We have a range of shampoos each with a different purpose including deodorizing, conditioning, oatmeal-based, and completely hypoallergenic.
If you have your own medicated shampoo we are more than happy to use that for your pup.
Can I walk in for a services?
We are appointment preferred for self-wash so we can make sure we have a stall ready for you, weekdays allow for more walk ins vs weekends. Expect a possible 10-20 minute wait on weekends for walk ins.
We take our last self-wash 30 minutes before the store closes. We recommend you get here 1 hour before the store closes if you want to self-wash and dry.
Haircuts and we wash are by appointment only. Please allow 4-6 weeks lead time on booking haircutting appointments and a 2-3 day lead time on we wash appointments.
I have a new puppy what can I expect from the 1st groom?
For the 1st puppy groom, we are testing what the puppy will tolerate this includes the bath, blow dry, nail clip, ear cleaning, paw pad, sanitary, and face clean up. Most puppies will not get haircuts on the body the 1st visit to build up to the full groom. At the second grooming appointment, we will start full-body haircuts.
How old does my puppy have to be before starting services?
We recommend starting your puppy with bathing services as soon as they are 8 weeks of age with their first round of puppy shots. The sooner you start familiarizing your puppy with the grooming process the easier it is for them to become accustomed to it. We ask that puppies under 16 weeks of age be picked up as soon as services are done as they are not fully vaccinated. We do not allow puppies under 16 weeks to be kenneled near other pets.
Do you offer mobile grooming?
We do not offer mobile grooming we are a brick-and-mortar store only. We are a stand-alone store front, we do not have any other store locations.
Do you accept pets with fleas?
Adult fleas are capable of jumping up to 27 feet and can survive up to 12 days in an environment without a host. Our facility is not set up to separate your pet completely from other pets in our facility as it is an open concept environment.
For the above reasons we ask that if your pet has fleas that you keep your pet at home until you have administered a prescribed veterinarian flea product to your pet and has been in their system for at least 48 hours. We can supply a one time at home use flea shampoo as a courtesy in emergency situations.
